Refund & Cancellation Policy
MONOVANCE LTD – BlazorUI (v 1.0)

Compliance: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Reg 37‑38); Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Part 1 Ch 3); UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018
1. Definitions
Term | Meaning |

Digital Content | All downloadable or streamed assets supplied through blazorui.com, including source code, templates, videos, documents and other files. |
Consultancy | One‑to‑one remote sessions delivered by MONOVANCE LTD via video‑call, e‑mail or instant messaging. |
Access | The moment the customer first signs in and views at least one item of Digital Content. |
Unfounded Claim | Any refund request that involves misrepresentation, incomplete documentation, multiple IP/device misuse, or deliberate chargeback attempts. |
2. Legal Basis
Under Regulations 37‑38 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the statutory 14‑day right to cancel a digital‑content contract ends once the download or streaming of that content begins. Where content is defective, the first remedy is repair or re‑supply in accordance with ss. 44‑45 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015; monetary refunds are a last resort.
3. Waiver of the Right to Cancel
“I acknowledge that delivery of the digital content will begin immediately and that I therefore lose my statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.”
“I have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of my personal data as described therein.”
The consent record (IP address, browser fingerprint and timestamp) is stored securely for five years.
4. Non‑Refundable Situations
- Any part of the Digital Content has been viewed, downloaded, copied or shared.
- Issues caused by the customer's own hardware, software or internet service.
- Sharing login credentials with third parties.
- Detected copyright infringement or unauthorised copying.
- "Change of mind" or "dislike" (template swap may be offered; no refund).
5. Exceptional Refund Conditions
A request may be considered only when all relevant evidence is provided within 24 hours of purchase:

Unconfirmed Consultancy (session cancelled ≥ 24 h before the scheduled start) | 80 % refund (20 % Stripe fee + £15 dispute handling cost deducted). |
6. Application Procedure
- E‑mail blazorui@monovance.com with:
- order confirmation,
- screenshots/log files,
- a clear description of the problem.
- Support will issue a written decision within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original card via Stripe within 14 business days.
- Incomplete, inconsistent or bad‑faith submissions suspend the review and may be rejected.
7. Dispute & Chargeback
Stripe levies a £15 (or US $15) fee for every chargeback or payment dispute. This amount is passed on to the customer if the dispute is lost or withdrawn.
8. Force Majeure & Service Outages
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure caused by war, pandemic, cyber‑attack, natural disaster, or comparable force‑majeure events (see MUR Shipping [UKSC 2024]). In such cases, access periods are extended instead of issuing refunds.
9. Currency, Tax & Deductions
Refunds are executed in the original transaction currency. Exchange‑rate differences, bank charges and any reclaim of VAT or other taxes remain the customer's responsibility.
10. Intellectual Property & Licence Termination
On refund or chargeback, the customer's non‑exclusive licence to the Digital Content terminates automatically; all copies must be deleted immediately.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy and all related contracts are governed by the law of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Central London County Court or, for higher‑value claims, the High Court.
12. Amendments
MONOVANCE LTD reserves the right to amend this policy unilaterally. The latest version becomes effective as soon as it is published at blazorui.com/refund‑policy.
